The information was confirmed a few weeks ago, but we hereby officially announce the appointment of Martin Perreault as director of the SCF CPA Centre-du-Québec Inc. beginning August 1.
Martin Perreault, CPA Auditor, CA, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from UQTR in 1997. He worked at Verrier Paquin Hébert from 1997 to 2000. He joined the UPA’s accounting and tax service on September 11, 2000, where he was made head of the accounting team in 2013 and later associate director on August 1, 2019. Known for his expertise and professionalism, Martin is also recognized for his ability to motivate teams. His calm disposition and diplomatic approach have made him successful in his work on complex cases. There is no doubt that his extensive experience and ability to unite people will prove to be major assets as he steers the organization’s many current and future projects to completion. We would like to congratulate Martin and wish him good luck in his new duties.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Jacques Vallée for all his years as director of the SCF.
Jacques left the position at the end of July, but will be remaining with us until spring 2021 as a CPA, CA, and tax specialist.
